Four new images for SXC.hu, and I think I am getting the hang of things. No rejection this time around and I also started completing the keywords properly.

To complete it all, the lessons from Lynda.com about sharpening images makes them far more stronger.

Playing with fractals - Explore

Got a new software to play with, called Apophysis. Its a fractal generator and this is my first piece that is rooted in this software. I can see many more fun projects with this :)

Contributing to sxc.hu

Finally did it, contributed back to sxc.hu. after years of using the site to be source of my Photoshop work I am giving back to the community.

One conceptual piece and 3 textures (strong and bold textures). Do visit the site and if you do like them, register and download. Its free :)

update: I only got 2 of them through (the top two) the bottom two are something that they did not need (subject matter wise). Sigh will try again later. Now have to figure out other photos I can make.

Me looking on

Bored today, so tried to make a new caricature of me looking on ....

Jags Flow, taking this style and adding my name in it. Seeing were it will take me. Names are cool and maybe will start trying to add symbols icons too. In fact I have a T-Shirt idea some were I am going to work on, wish me luck.

Flow 3

Another one of the flows, this time at A4 size. Still marker for black and highlighter for the orange. Don't know how long this is going to be, but I enjoy making it :)

2nd Flow

2nd Piece, I like it but did it on smaller paper so the strokes feel smaller. More crowded in fact compared to the first one. A5, with Markers and highlighter for color.

Blender Particle Test 02

Okay two testing today. 1) the particle function in blender 3d (which by the way is cool!!!) and 2) uploading videos in the blog (simple but the compression is disappointing). One more coming up soon.

Rendering Balls

Rendering the classic balls to test lighting and reflection. Getting there ... getting there but still need quite a bit of figuring out with this one. Yafray with blender is the tool of choice for this one. Free and relatively simple way of reaching good quality work.
